1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are only applicable for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- Customers must report any issues within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Refund requests due to personal preferences or change of mind will not be accepted.
2. Refund Process

- After reviewing your request, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
3. Return Shipping
- If a refund is approved, customers may be required to return the product to our warehouse.
- Shipping costs for returning items will be covered by Shahali Agro only if the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item). Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
4. Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled, but you may request a return if eligible.
